After many rounds of reworking the recipe, we finally found one that was voted better than our competitors. Our recipe has a delicious mix of mascarpone, cheddar, and parmesan cheese with onions, garlic, and a perfect blend of butter and herbs. We topped this off with a light panko topping to add just the right blend of texture and seasoning, which is sure to impress. Each 9-ounce portion has 2 ounces of lobster meat so every serving has just the right ratio of Maine Lobster meat and cheesy shells.
