Our lobster macaroni and cheese is unbelievable flavorful! We have taste tested against some of the best lobster macaroni and cheese we could find locally. After many rounds of reworking the recipe, we finally found one that was voted better than our competitors. Our recipe has a delicious mix of mascarpone, cheddar, and parmesan cheese with onions, garlic, and a perfect blend of butter and herbs. We topped this off with a light panko topping to add just the right blend of texture and seasoning, which is sure to impress. Each 9-ounce portion has 2 ounces of lobster meat so every serving has just the right ratio of Maine Lobster meat and cheesy shells. This is same with the 2.5-pound portion has a half pound of lobster meat. We struggle to make the best of the best and we only sell recipes we love! Enjoy!

Product of Maine -Net Weight App 40 oz. Cooking instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Let thaw under refrigeration. Remove wrap and preheat oven to 375. Put casserole on cooking sheet and heat for 35/40 minutes or until product is heated throughout and bubbly. Remove from oven and let stand for 2 minutes.
